2020 Little Miss Titleholders

Although the Miss Texarkana Twin Rivers Scholarship Organization is an official franchise of the Miss Texas Organization and the Miss Arkansas Organization, these organizations are not and have never been a sponsoring agent for any children’s pageant. Questions about the rules, regulations, and conduct of the children’s pageants should be addressed to the Miss Texarkana Twin Rivers Scholarship Organization.
